A copy of prospectus / Information Bulletin along with application
form for admission can be obtained from the institute's office on any working
day on cash payment only or by sending a D.D. / M.O./ I.P.O. in favour of the
Institute Payable at Rewa.
The candidates seeking admission in the institute are required to
fill the application form in all respects and send to the institute before the
last date mentioned in the application form along with prescribed fee and
following documents -
(1) Two set of attested Xerox copy of all
certificates and mark sheets of qualifying examinations i.e. class Xth, XII th.
(2) Affidavit / Declaration form, duly signed by
parents (Attached with the bulletin
(3) Six recently sought colored passport size
photographs.
(4) Original Transfer Certificate , Character
Certificate, Migration Certificate and Gap Certificate in the case of Dropper
students (For the Full Time Degree Courses aspirants).
2 SELECTION PROCEDURE
Admission forms which have been duly completed and not accompanied
by the aforesaid documents would not be entertained. After the submission of
application forms the institute will scrutinized the forms and may call the
students to take the admission directly submitting the prescribed fee or an
entrance test or a personal interview may be called on taking in the view of the
availability of vacant seats of the particular course.
After the submission of the form and prescribed fee the Institute
will send the list of selected students to APSU, Rewa for the
Enrollment/Registration and will also display the same on display board.
Candidates are advised to read all the information, rules &
regulations and instructions carefully before the taking admission and bring
their original certificates and testimonials at the time of interview.
3. WHERE TO SEND THE FILLED APPLICATION FORMS
All filled applications must be send to the Chief Executive /
Director of the Institution. Or may personally submit by students at the office
of the institution on working hours.
4. SELECTION CRITERIA
(1) The list of candidates selected for admission
will be displayed at the institutes or the student will be informed directly of
his admission.
(2) The candidates whose results are awaited can
also apply. Such candidates, however must produce the mark sheet/degree
certificates as a proof for the required eligibility criteria before cut off
date failing which, the provisional admission granted will be cancelled and the
deposited tution fee will not be refunded.
(3) The candidate shall enter the address for
correspondence & permanent address in prescribed admission form.
(4) The candidate should inform to institute change
of address in case, made during commencement of course.
5. REJECTION OF FORM
The application form may be rejected due to any of the following
reasons:
(1) The candidate does not fulfill the eligibility
conditions.
(2) The fee is not deposited in the given time
period.
(3) The application form is not signed by the
candidate and his/her parents/guardian, wherever required.
6. ALLOTMENT OF ROLL NO. / REGISTRATION / ENROLLMENT NUMBER
Once the candidate is registered in the university, he will be
allotted enroll / registration no. The registration / enrollment no. is for
entire duration of the course. Students cannot transfer it to another students.
(1) Registration number will be assigned to the
students by university after verification & submission of all the necessary
documents & fee.
(2) In all communication addressed to the
Registrar, reference of this number should be given. Letters received without
Registration number will not be entertained.
7. ISSUE OF IDENTITY CARD / LIBRARY CARD / FEE CARD
Students will be issued an identity card by the institute. Students
are advised to keep the identity card safely till the completion of the course.
The identity card will be issued for the period of one year. Students will have
to produce the identity card at the time of the classes & examination as and
when asked to do so by the authorities. The original identity card is lost, a
duplicate card can be obtained from the institute of payment of charges.
8. POINTS TO BE NOTED FOR THE SUBJECT OF ADMISSION
(1) Admission is open to the students of both sexes
without any distinction of cast, creed or colour. However, those candidates
against whom disciplinary action has been taken in the past or those with moral
turpitude will not be granted admission to any class / course conducted in the
institutes. Similarly, the students who were expelled from this or any other
institution / college / school will not be granted admission under any
circumstances to any class / course conducted by this institute.
(2) If it is found that the candidate has succeeded
in getting the admission to the institute on the basis of false / incorrect
information or with holding relevant facts or if at any time after the admission
it is found that the admission granted to the student shall be liable to
cancellation with out any notice, at any time during the course of his / her
studies.
(3) In case of candidate selected for admission ,
who do not join within the prescribed date or seek admission elsewhere or leave
the institute on their own decision, the admission , registration, tuition and
other fees and charges shall not be refundable or transferable at any
circumstances and the student name will be removed from the rolls of the
admission.
(4) The number of seats and the structure of the
training programmes and courses are designed according to the training and
coaching facilities available at the institute and under the subjected to change
with any prior notice by the institute or by the university.
(5) The institute provides facilities to students
which will serve as a feed back in the field of computers & information
technology. Please note that the institute is not an university / Engineering
college under the regulation and act of UGC / AICTE and does not award any
degree.
(6) Admission to the institute implies acceptance
without any modification by the student and his / her parents / guardians of all
provision given in this bulletin or any changes in the rules, regulations,
status, examination schemes, syllabi, fee etc. that may be make and modified
from time to time. The clauses and sub clauses indicated in this bulletin are
only for general information and would be modified / change time to time by the
institute.
(7) Reservations Reservations are given as per
rules of the state govt., to the SC/ST and OBC candidates for admission only.
(8) All disputes are subjected to Rewa (MP)
jurisdiction only.
(9) The decision of the management and executive
board of the institute will be final and binding in case of any dispute arising
in any matter.
